Hi, I am thinking about having oral surgery ( http://www.parkerhilldental.com/our-services/oral-surgery/ ) procedures from Mississauga next week in order to raise the bone in the upper back jaw and provide greater structural support for dental implants. But, I have got a thyroid problem and I have heard that it is difficult for wounds to heal for a thyroid patient.
I am forty-two and I am in a confusion whether to have this surgery or not. But, I urgently require this to be done as we are going on a vacation in August. I need it to be done before the vacation.
Is there anybody over here who has undergone an oral surgery before? How was your experience? Please give some genuine replies and suggestions.
